Keep in mind, that if someone exercises so much that the body is just exhausted; it doesn’t help the libido either. Do not over do it, or over stress physically. Keep balance in your life and moderation is key. No matter what way you look at it, exercise is one of the most critical components that can lead to overall happiness and wellness in one’s life.
